Metrics Recruitment is seeking a Strategic Partnerships and Alliances associate for a company that is popularizing staking and attracting over one billion users to the staking ecosystem. They are assembling a rockstar team of people with varied skill sets and are looking for high performance people looking to bring crypto staking to the mainstream to join them in this journey. The current team has members with a combined 40+ years of work experience in building high-quality crypto technology as well as scaling start-ups. The founding team members are from IITs, IIMs, and Ivy League Universities with experience across acclaimed firms like Swiggy, LinkedIn, Comcast, PayPal, Booking.com, etc.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Strategic Development: Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships and alliances with blockchain networks, technology providers, and other relevant entities to enhance service offerings and market presence.
• Analytics Integration:Leverage analytical skills to assess partnership opportunities, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and synergy evaluation to ensure data driven decision making.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and analytics, to align partnership goals with company strategy and product roadmaps.
• Business Development: Utilize a strong background in business development to negotiate and close deals that contribute to's growth and strategic objectives.
• Market Expansion:Focus on expanding 's footprint in both the US and European markets through targeted partnerships and alliances that offer mutual growth opportunities.
• Industry Engagement: Represent at industry conferences, workshops, and other events to build relationships and stay ahead of market trends and opportunities.

Requirement:

• Experience: 4+ Years of proven track record in strategic partnerships, business development, or a related field, with a strong preference for experience in the blockchain or decentralized technology sectors.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with experience in market analysis, partnership evaluation, and performance metrics.
• Communication:Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and partners across different geographies and cultures.
• Location:Based in the US or Europe, with willingness to travel as needed for meetings, events, and partnership development activities.
