A leading digital asset investment firm is seeking a Senior Capital Formation Lead to drive institutional fundraising and business development strategy. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and converting a pipeline of top-tier institutional allocators, family offices, and multi-family offices. You’ll also provide leadership across broader business development initiatives, ensuring the firm’s products and strategies are positioned at the highest level with investors.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential institutional clients, focusing on tier-1 allocators.
- Define, lead, and execute the firm’s capital formation and business development strategy.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales/BD team.
- Ensure investor materials and communications reflect the highest standards.
- Act as a feedback channel between investors and internal teams to shape product strategy.
Requirements
- 15+ years of financial institution sales and leadership experience.
- Proven track record of raising institutional capital and converting pipelines into clients.
- Strong relationships with top-tier allocators, family offices, and institutional investors.
- Exceptional communication, influence, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership, deliver results, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep interest in digital assets/crypto (previous crypto fundraising experience is beneficial but not essential).
