Role Overview:

We are seeking a Head of Fintech Partnerships (Ecosystem) to drive strategic partnerships, integrations, and ecosystem expansion for our protocol. This role will focus on fostering relationships with validators, infrastructure providers, blockchain networks, dApps, institutional stakeholders, and other DeFi protocols to strengthen our ecosystem and increase adoption. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of DeFi, staking, and restaking mechanisms, along with a proven track record of business development and ecosystem growth in Web3.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with key ecosystem players, including staking providers, liquidity partners, protocols, and blockchain networks.
• Ecosystem Growth: Develop and execute a roadmap to drive adoption and integrations, enabling seamless participation for users and institutions.
• Community & Developer Engagement: Work with developers, DAOs, and DeFi projects to create new use cases and drive composability of liquid restaking tokens.
• Institutional Outreach: Engage with institutional investors, custodians, and enterprises to promote institutional staking solutions.
• Product Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, marketing) to ensure strategic alignment with ecosystem needs.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and technological developments to refine strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
• Evangelism & Thought Leadership: Represent the company at conferences, AMAs, panels, and industry events to position us as a leading player in the DeFi restaking space.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development or ecosystem growth in blockchain, DeFi, or fintech.
• Deep understanding of staking, liquid restaking, L1/L2 networks, and DeFi ecosystems.
• Strong network within the blockchain/DeFi space (validators, protocols, institutions, developers, etc.).
• Experience negotiating and executing complex partnerships with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into strategic business initiatives.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in Web3 startups or DAOs is a plus.
