We’re hiring a highly operational marketing leader to join a fast-moving, high-growth crypto-native platform. The team moves fast, executes across multiple channels simultaneously, and runs high-volume campaigns where timing and coordination are everything. Every hire has direct impact on how the marketing engine performs at scale.

You’ll sit at the center of a complex, multi-channel operation. You’re not the strategist, the creator, or the analyst — you’re the one who makes it all work together. You ensure campaigns launch on time, teams stay aligned, and nothing falls through the cracks.

You don’t do the work of each channel — you make sure every team (paid, social, creators, events) is aligned and delivering together.

Deadlines shift, campaigns evolve, things break — you stay ahead of it and solve before it escalates.


What You’ll Do

  • Own the master campaign calendar, keeping all launches mapped 60+ days out
  • Coordinate across paid, social, creator, and event channels to ensure unified execution
  • Act as the central decision-maker on campaign timing, prioritization, and execution calls
  • Write and distribute clear campaign briefs so all teams are aligned on deliverables and timelines
  • Ensure campaigns launch on time and in sync, not in silos
  • Identify risks early and surface issues before they become blockers
  • Report on execution and alignment to leadership


What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in marketing operations, campaign management, or marketing leadership
  • Proven experience running multiple concurrent campaigns across multiple channels
  • Experience managing teams and/or agencies (4+ people)
  • Strong track record operating against tight timelines and high-volume execution
  • Highly organized, with strong project management systems and instincts
  • Comfortable using data and dashboards to inform decisions
  • Experience in at least one of: crypto, iGaming, gaming, creator economy, DTC, or high-growth startups


Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with creator / influencer marketing at scale
  • Background in event or experiential marketing
  • Familiarity with AI tools for workflow and coordination
  • Experience running campaigns across multiple geographies
  • Experience working with a founder-led brand
