GTM Lead
Location: San Francisco
The Role
The GTM Lead will act as the owner of distribution, positioning, and growth strategy, working directly with the founders to define how to reach developers and teams, and how adoption scales.
This is a foundational, hands-on role for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, is comfortable operating as an individual contributor and wants to build a GTM engine that compounds over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategy
- Develop clear positioning and messaging for developers and AI teams
- Identify, test, and scale repeatable acquisition channels
- Work closely with founders and product to translate technical capabilities into compelling narratives
- Analyze performance across channels and double down on what works
- Lay the foundation for a future GTM team as the company grows
Requirements
- Proven experience taking a technical or developer-focused product to market
- Strong understanding of the AI / LLM / agent ecosystem
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Strong execution skills with a bias toward action and iteration
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
