Paid Marketing Lead
What You’ll Do
● Own the paid P&L: set budget, targets, and pacing; allocate across channels and creatives; drive profitable growth on ROAS/CAC→LTV.
● Architect the funnel: coordinate TG entry points, deep links, ref codes, and web-to-Telegram flows; map first-touch vs. last-touch and build remarketing loops.
● Run full-stack campaigns: launch/iterate across X (click+profile funnels), YouTube performance, Reddit, native, programmatic crypto inventory, Telegram ad networks, and niche publishers.
● Build measurement & attribution: implement UTMs, postbacks/webhooks, s1–s5 params, and dashboards; partner with analytics to cohort by channel, creative, offer, and KOL assists.
● Creative ops at speed: brief modular ad systems (hooks, claims, proof, social), ship 10–20 variants/week, and keep a fast test/kill/scale cadence.
● Lifecycle amplification: tie paid to missions, points, rakeback boosts, and product drops; retarget segments (new joiners, first trade, lapsed) with channel-specific hooks.
● Guardrails & compliance: align claims and disclosures for crypto ads; enforce brand safety and fraud screens on inventory and placements.
What We’re Looking For
● 3+ years UA/performance experience in crypto/fintech/growth (bots, exchanges, wallets, or adjacent).
● Proven record taking paid from zero → scale with clear unit economics (CAC payback, LTV).
● Fluent in attribution (server-side postbacks, multi-touch logic), funnels, and creative testing.
● Comfort with Sheets/SQL/BI; you make decisions from data, not vibes.
● Operator mindset: you own targets, move quickly, and communicate crisply.
Bonus Points
● Experience acquiring users into Telegram bots (deep links, command triggers, web-app handoffs).
● Familiarity with Solana ecosystem audiences and seasonality.
● Hands-on with ad APIs/automation (bulk ops, scripts).
● Experience pairing paid + KOL motion for compounding effects.
