Responsibilities/Duties:
· Review and post cash receipts and tenant adjustments
· Verify and post rent rolls
· Reconcile accounts receivables
· Initiate and prepare wire transfers as needed
· Prepare management fees as scheduled
· Conduct general ledger month-end review and preparation of journal entries
· Participate with month-end reviews and posting accruals
· Prepare sales tax returns in an accurate and timely manner
· Produce monthly and quarterly financial reports in an accurate and timely manner
· Support the annual budget process
· Assist with CAM reconciliations
· Participate in the annual 1099 process
· Respond to the Property Management team as needed with printing reports, reconciliation of tenant ledgers, sales of properties, etc

· Must possess excellent communication skills and exchange information with others accurately
· Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
· Exceptional organization in managing time with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines while working independently or with a team
Required Skills, Education and Experience:
· High school diploma, required
· At least one year’s experience in commercial property accounting, preferred
· Proficiency with Yardi, required
· Working knowledge of GAAP, required
· Proficiency in MS Office, required
