Service Project Manager – Commercial Electrical Projects

Our client is seeking an experienced Service Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will manage and estimate large-scale commercial electrical service projects ranging from $2 million to $10 million.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed estimates, budgets, and schedules for commercial electrical projects
• Oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within scope
• Manage project documentation, change orders, and cost controls
• Lead project teams and maintain strong customer relationships

Qualifications:

• 5-7+ years of experience in commercial electrical project management or estimating
• Strong knowledge of NEC and electrical construction practices
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
