The Opportunity


Join a dynamic creative company as a Lead 2D Artist, where you will lead compositing on creative advertising projects and collaborate with experienced VFX Supervisors, Creatives and Directors.

What you'll be doing


  • Lead the Compositing and Mastering process on projects
  • Collaborate with VFX Supervisors, clients, and the wider team to ensure high-quality output
  • Attend client meetings, breakdown scripts, generate quotes, and provide technical solutions
  • Take responsibility for the most challenging aspects of projects, ensuring timely and on or under budget completion
  • Maintain and improve team standards through training and support
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new tools and AI enhanced workflows
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering advice and solutions in pre-production meetings



What you'll bring


  • Extensive experience in 2D VFX, ideally in advertising, with a solid understanding Nuke and ideally Flame and experience integrating photoreal CG and animation
  • A natural eye for detail, composition, colour, and lighting
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with a focus on team development
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • A proactive and collaborative attitude, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and interested in learning new tools and technology
  • A sense of humour and a positive, constructive approach to feedback and challenges
