• Lead and manage the accounting operations team, including financial reporting, system implementation and customer service teams
• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and controls to ensure efficient operations
• Mentor and develop the accounting team, providing leadership, guidance, and performance feedback
• Collaborate with senior leadership team to provide financial analysis, forecasts, and key performance indicators to support decision-making
