HR Manager – Be the Go-To HR Professional for this Small but Growing Business!

Wonderful opportunity to join a well-established business as they are looking to create an HR function to offer their leaders and employees growth and help foster a warm and welcoming culture. Our client has experienced some nice growth over the past few years, and they are excited to add a new member to the leadership team. This is a great opportunity for someone who has been in a Generalist role for a few years that is ready to make the jump to Manager and take control of all HR responsibilities, or a been there, done that Manager who likes a small company feel and wants to have their hands in all different aspects of their field. You will have autonomy to do your job as you see fit from day one – the leadership team here is open to any and all ideas this person will have to create the best HR experience they can for the employees.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting for different positions within the company – you will get the chance to create the talent acquisition process as you see fit!
  • Quarterback all things compliance, onboarding, benefits planning, and open enrollment
  • Employee relations including leading trainings for all employees from the top down and creating new initiatives as needed
  • Create a positive atmosphere that encourages interdepartmental interaction and be a welcoming face for all employees
