We’re partnering with one of Omaha’s most well respected companies to help them identify a recruiting professional to help out on a temporary basis with a key hire on their leadership team. They are gearing up for a critical hire due to a retirement and need an experienced construction/architecture talent acquisition specialist to lead this nationwide search from start to finish. This short-term project is an opportunity to step into a high-visibility role where you will lead the recruiting strategy and lead the project to help them with a key hire due to the retirement of a beloved leader. This is a great role for an experienced talent acquisition professional who loves taking personal ownership for high level key executive hires that require national research and outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for a senior-level construction leader, including market research, cold call recruiting, deep / thorough candidate interviews, interview process coordination, executive coaching trough the interview process, offer negotiation and closing, relocation coordination and onboarding.
• Partner closely with leadership to understand both the technical and creative requirements of the role and align on search strategy.
• Manage all candidate communication, ensuring a white-glove experience, and provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations throughout the search.
• Compile your research notes and provide the company with a detailed list of every candidate you have reached out to with your notes, providing the company with a database of market experts to tap into in the years ahead as they grow.
