Accounts Payable Specialist – $25-30/hr – 100% paid for Insurance Premiums

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice coding, processing, payment runs, and vendor maintenance.
• Manage vendor relationships by responding to questions, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring invoices are paid accurately and on time.
• Reconcile vendor statements and assist with account reconciliations and month-end close.
• Identify opportunities to improve AP workflows and increase efficiency.
• Support other accounting and office functions as needed in a collaborative team environment.
