This role is designed for someone who loves digging into both financial and demographic data, spotting inefficiencies, and being the go-to expert in a key area. The right person is comfortable preparing, reviewing, and editing millions of lines of data, searching for anomalies, making corrections, and ensuring any submissions are ready to go.  If you have experience with SQL, that will come in handy, but what’s most important is your ability to dig in and figure things out. You’ll lead a full process revamp to make the entire workflow more efficient and reliable, and work directly with regulators to communicate changes promptly and professionally. Along the way, you’ll have the support of junior analysts and interns, who you’ll mentor and guide.

 

We’re looking for someone who thrives in an independent role, takes initiative, and can’t help but fix problems when they see them. If you’re naturally organized, responsive, and like to make things better, this will be a great fit. This would be perfect for someone who is energized by project management.
