Senior Accountant – Work for High-Growth Company under Tech Savvy Leader

Elevate is partnering with a rapidly growing organization that is creating a role for a Senior Accountant under an impressive, technologically sound Controller. This organization has expanded aggressively through acquisitions and has several more in the pipeline. This position will expose you to every part of the accounting process – you will not be pigeonholed within one area of the GL, and you will have your hands in multiple buckets across the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead key components of the monthly close process, including journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Prepare financial reporting packages and assist with board-level reporting, including cash flow reporting and other executive deliverables.
• Support the annual audit by coordinating PBC requests, gathering documentation, preparing schedules, and assisting with financial statement footnotes.
• Work on a steady stream of projects…this is a great role for someone who does not want to get bored - no two weeks, months or years will be the same.
• Partner with the Controller and accounting team to continually implement processes, softwares, and find ways to make all functions within finance more efficient.
