Payroll Administrator – $80k-$95k Salary + Bonus

This is an exciting opportunity to work for an awesome Accounting Manager and Controller who have your best interests in mind and will help you get up and running. This is a great role for someone who likes the pressure of getting things done right the first time and likes to use their analytical skills every day – this is a tech savvy company that loves to hire people who enjoy digging into Excel and different software systems. The company has had much success over the last several years and are continuing to expand – this is a great time to get into this market and create a difference for this team.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership for all aspects of the payroll process for the company
  • Review, reconcile, and analyze payroll data from different divisions using advanced Microsoft Excel functions
  • Connect new hires into the internal system and stay on top of terminations/immediate pay outs
  • Maintain and update payroll records - review and verify payroll data in a confidential manner
