Director of Finance and Accounting – Emerging Diversified Omaha Construction Business

This role offers a seat at the table with the founder and meaningful influence across the whole operation. You’ll be trusted as a strategic thought partner, while also staying close enough to the day-to-day to ensure the foundation continues to scale the right way.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to the founder, providing financial insight and decision support across the business
• Advise on new business formation, capital allocation, equipment purchases vs. leasing, marketing investments, and other high-impact operational decisions
• Oversee and develop a small but critical team spanning Accounting, HR, and IT
• Strengthen and scale financial reporting, forecasting, and job costing to support continued growth
• Bring structure, discipline, and forward-thinking financial leadership as the company expands into new opportunities
