Responsibilities

  • Lead a strong and stable team that is excited to be mentored and developed
  • Bring a continuous improvement mindset as you look to enhance and improve processes and fully leverage technology
  • Partner across the org with senior leaders as you collaborate daily with key leaders
  • Take ownership for presenting to the board, audit committee and lead the company’s relationship with external audit partners
  • Be a true builder and steward of culture that is built to last many years into the future
