Key Responsibilities:

• Begin your onboarding by shadowing a knowledgeable member of the accounting team to gain hands-on training in their billing systems and processes
• Once trained, take ownership of billing and reconciliation duties for a designated group of customers with consistent invoicing needs
• Generate invoices, troubleshoot discrepancies, and build strong customer relationships through professional communication and reliable follow-up
• Support the overall accounting function with accuracy, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement
