This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior ready to step up into leadership or an experienced Manager to move into this leadership role. Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership for monthly close, reporting and budget to actual analysis
• Help oversee monthly costing, inventory and analysis of variance each month
• Play a lead role in projects that improve processes and create efficiencies for accounting and the operations team in plant locations
• Steadily take on more and more from a Controller who is looking to hire his successor as your job will continually expand until you are ready to step up to the Controller position
