Payroll Specialist – Fun Engaging Office in Southwest Omaha, $55-65k

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow. Whether you already have payroll experience or are a highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented professional looking to break into payroll, this team is willing to invest in the right person.


In this role, you will:

  • Ensure employee information is accurately entered and maintained in ADP so payroll runs efficiently.
  • Process garnishments, deductions, retirement contributions, and other employee elections with accuracy.
  • Assist with bi-weekly payroll processing in ADP, working alongside your manager initially before taking ownership of the full payroll process within a few months.
  • Pitch in on accounting and HR projects when payroll responsibilities are complete, becoming a valuable member of a collaborative team.
