Due to the growth of the firm, the Controller is seeking to hire an individual who can master the diverse processes and intricacies of their business model, with the goal of eventually advancing into a leadership position within the accounting department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in overseeing and managing all accounting functions associated with a multifaceted real estate portfolio
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting on some of the highest end and popular properties in the area
• Prepare and meticulously review tax filings to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate closely with the Controller on conducting monthly analysis and preparing high-level reports
