Assistant Controller – Work directly for incredible Controller in an acquisitive growth company!

Our client will cross the $200m revenue mark in 2024, is poised to do 2 additional acquisitions in 2024, and will continue to expand in 2025. This role will allow you to report directly to a controller who has excelled both in Big 4 audit and a large corporate entity…. This leader absolutely loves to empower, push, coach, and develop people so this is a great opportunity to learn from an experienced expert.

• Partner with the controller and accounting team to continually implement processes, softwares, and find ways to make all functions within finance more efficient
• Play a crucial role in the month end close process, take control of fixed assets, and be heavily involved in financial reporting
• Assist the Controller with purchase accounting, memo writing and technical accounting issues…the Controller does this today and would love to hire a GAAP savvy leader who can own this work moving forward
• Work on a steady stream of projects…this is a great role for someone who does not want to get bored…no two weeks, months or years will be the same
