• Take ownership of 2–3 key client relationships – Serve as a trusted accounting partner, helping business leaders solve problems, improve operations, and make informed decisions. Go beyond technical GAAP research to understand how businesses actually operate and deliver financial information they can use.
• Mentor the next generation of accounting leaders in Omaha – Coach talented staff and senior accountants, helping them build the skills and confidence to become successful Controllers and CFOs someday.
• Develop highly sought-after skills that will set you apart in the market – Gain hands-on experience with ERP implementations, automation, process improvements, and onboarding new clients. What you will learn here in 2–3 years could take considerably longer to develop in a traditional corporate accounting role.
