Financial Analyst – Build, Lead, and Scale FP&A


This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact role where you’ll help shape how finance operates today, while positioning yourself to lead the department as the business continues to scale. This role is designed for someone who wants to go beyond reporting and step into a true business partner capacity, owning budgeting and forecasting, driving ad hoc analysis, and working closely with leaders across each department to influence decision-making. The right person will help build and shape the FP&A function and has a clear path to grow into a leadership role as the company continues to scale. This individual will be encouraged to challenge the status quo, ask “why,” and bring forward new ideas, even if they push against “how things have always been done.”


  • Own the budgeting and forecasting process and evolve it as the business grows
  • Partner with leaders across sales, marketing, operations, and finance to drive better decisions
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to answer real-time business questions and uncover insights
  • Build and improve financial models, reporting, and dashboards
  • Work with data, systems, and BI tools to create visibility across the organization
  • Support month-end performance analysis and communicate key trends to leadership
  • Help introduce structure and process into a fast-growing, entrepreneurial company
