Hands-On Accounting Manager – High Growth, Multi-Entity Organization – Excellent Benefits + Lucrative Bonus Potential

Elevate is partnering with an established and expanding organization in the Springfield area to bring on an Accounting Manager to support continued growth and increasing operational complexity. This individual will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financials while helping evolve processes as the business scales. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys handling the day-to-day accounting work but also wants visibility into the bigger picture, access to leadership, and a clear path toward increased responsibility over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead core accounting activities, including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Support and oversee day-to-day transactional functions such as payables, receivables, and payroll
• Strengthen and maintain internal controls and accounting procedures
• Assist with year-end audit coordination and external reporting needs with the organization’s CPA  
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency withing the accounting and finance departments
• Partner cross-functionally to support business initiatives and operational decisions
