Client Experience Specialist – Become a Trusted Advisor to Small Business Owners

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, questions, and requests via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt, professional, and friendly support
  • Execute the onboarding and implementation process for new clients, ensuring all steps are completed accurately, timelines are met, and communication is clearly documented, with full tracking of implementation activities
  • Route client communications and requests to the appropriate internal subject matter experts, following through to resolution and keeping clients informed throughout the process
  • Proactively engage clients through scheduled check-ins and relationship-building touchpoints to reinforce satisfaction, trust, and long-term partnerships
