Our client is a rapidly growing healthcare practice that is looking for their next leader to oversee and run clinical operations across the organization. This organization has a strong track record of reinvesting in growth and is entering a pivotal stage where operations will play a direct role in shaping patient experience and the culture of this organization as it grows. This role is ideal for an operational healthcare leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to play a key role in building structure, developing teams, and improving the patient and physician experience across a growing organization. This role isn’t for someone who prefers to maintain the status quo or stay removed from day-to-day operations, it’s for a builder, a culture driver, and a problem-solver.
