Key Responsibilities:

• Play a key role on the leadership team as you collaborate with heads of Sales, Operations, Technology, Marketing, and HR to put your heads together to determine where the company should go and how to get it there
• Oversee a strong and capable accounting team that handles most of the day-to-day accounting work, allowing you to focus on higher level analysis and strategy
• Take charge of all cost accounting…there is significant low hanging fruit here and ample opportunity to gain more clear insights into cost by SKU
• Oversee all risk management, insurance, legal and be a key trusted advisor to the owner of this profitable and locally owned privately held business
