Apply for this job

Our team is partnering with a long-time client who created this Business Operations Associate role for a high-performing recent graduate. May and December 2026 graduates with a degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related business fields are encouraged to apply.

This organization is looking for a rising star - someone who is ambitious, takes initiative, and has big goals for where they want to take their career. We're looking for someone who, when a group project gets assigned, immediately says, "Ok who wants to take which section?" You're the friend everyone trusts to make the reservation, book the Airbnb, and builds the itinerary because you never overlook the details. People describe you as someone who is not "above" helping with any task - you're happy to restock the fridge, order supplies, or plan a team building activity. At this company, the CFO is known for pulling out the vacuum when they have 5 minutes in between meetings…. it's an incredibly humble team.

In this position, you will get an inside look at how one of the best companies in Omaha operates. You'll get exposure to all areas of the business - Sales, Procurement, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Accounting, Administration, Human Resources. This role was designed as a launch pad - giving you the opportunity to build new skills, learn different areas of the business, and identify your strengths before growing into a long-term career path within the company.

If you like variety and can pivot when priorities change, you’ll thrive in this role. The responsibilities below are a starting point…but what makes this opportunity exciting is that every day can bring something new.

  • Use Microsoft Excel to extract and compile data and help leaders understand how different areas of the business are performing.
  • Use Microsoft PowerPoint to create presentations for the Board of Directors, giving you firsthand exposure to how information is shared and decisions are made at the highest level.
  • Sit in on executive leadership meetings to learn how senior leaders make decisions, set priorities, and move important projects forward.
  • Become a trusted resource to senior leadership by helping keep priorities, communication, schedules, and key projects organized.

If you want a first job where you will work with incredibly impressive people and learn a little bit of everything, this would check those boxes and then some. Join a team that is ready to invest in you - as evidenced by a strong compensation package and some of the best benefits our Elevate Search Partners team has seen in this market.
