Benefits Administrator - Make a Difference in Employees Lives in this Locally Owned Business

Our client is searching for a strong, been there done that, benefits administrator that can help them revamp their benefits and onboarding process to create a more positive experience for their employees. Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide all employees through open enrollment and make sure they understand what is offered to them
  • Take control of the onboarding and termination process
  • Be the primary contact for employees, vendors, and third parties
  • Dive into their HRIS and become an expert within it to develop better processes



Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years of benefits experience
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter who can take control of a process and run with it – be comfortable making decisions on your own
