Elevate is partnering with a well-established Omaha based firm that is seeking a hands-on, driven Business Manager to help oversee and elevate all aspects of their daily operations. This is a pivotal hire for the firm – our client is seeking an individual who thrives in a trusted, close-knit environment and enjoys taking ownership across all HR functions, internal bookkeeping, and general office functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all HR functions, including onboarding, benefits, and employee relations
• Handle full-cycle bookkeeping in QuickBooks – AP, AR, Payroll, and reconciliations
• Lead office management responsibilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Partner closely with ownership to identify operational improvements, introduce new ideas, and implement solutions where they are seen and needed
• Serve as a trusted internal resource for the owners and employees
