Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of the company’s weekly and bi-weekly payroll cycles with precision and timeliness
  • Partner closely with the accounting team to maintain data accuracy and streamline reporting within the HRIS system
  • Serve as a trusted, approachable resource for employees with payroll questions or concerns
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and the overall employee experience
