Because of this growth, they are beginning to build out their HR team and are looking to add key talent to support their expansion. In this role, you'll work directly with leaders and employees, serving as a trusted resource while ensuring critical HR processes run smoothly. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a day-to-day HR resource for clients and employees, responding to questions related to payroll, benefits, onboarding, compliance, and employee administration
  • Coordinate employee onboarding activities, ensuring paperwork, system setup, documentation, and communication are completed accurately and on time
  • Partner with internal HR, payroll, and benefits teams to resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure clients receive timely solutions
  • Build strong client relationships by providing consistent support, anticipating needs, and creating a positive experience during every interaction
