Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the payroll and benefits managers while owning overall strategy and execution for both functions
  • Identify and implement process improvements across payroll and benefits, using data and technology to increase automation and efficiency
  • Become the go-to expert on the company’s HRIS tools and workflows, optimizing usage and uncovering new capabilities
  • Roll up your sleeves and jump in where needed—whether it’s processing weekly payroll, enrolling new employees in benefit plans, or supporting your team through busy periods, you’ll lead by example and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
