Yardi Financial Systems Manager – 100% Remote Opportunity with Growing Real Estate Leader


Our client, a rapidly growing and impressively diversified leader in the real estate industry, is adding this key position to the team due to their steady continued growth. This is an excellent opportunity to help this company fully utilize Yardi as they expand organically, integrate acquisitions and take on new property management customers. We are searching for someone with a vision – this role will work closely with the CFO and key executives to help fully utilize Yardi as the business grows and continues to become more complex. We are searching for a national coach and trainer who can help individuals across the organization become comfortable using the tool as effectively as possible.


  • Act as the Yardi System Administrator – you will oversee all security groups, create processes to onboard new users, take ownership for security configurations and ensure the system is set up in a compliant and secure manner
  • Play the lead role on any system upgrades, partnering closely with accounting, operations and property management to ensure that new versions of the tool and any bolt-on softwares are rolled out smoothly
  • Ensure that new entities are set up appropriately in the system and create SOP’s that ensure that all acquisitions are integrated with minimal problems
  • Work collaborative and frequently with the business…this is a great role for a Yardi expert who wants to be an active and engaged member of the leadership team
  • Leverage your creativity – you will be given significant runway to build, create and dream up new ways of doing things that will make a difference
