You’ll work closely with leadership and employees across the company, supporting a wide range of HR and office functions in an environment that values collaboration, honesty, and a little bit of grit. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of new hire onboarding, including scheduling physicals and drug tests, managing I-9, W-4, and eVerify documentation, and supporting benefits enrollment
  • Manage weekly benefit balancing and assist with open enrollment
  • Review weekly payroll for accuracy and compliance and be the backup for payroll processing
  • Review and update employee handbooks to reflect changes in state and company policies
  • Work on a wide array of special projects as the company continues to grow
