Corporate Controller – Drive Operational Efficiencies + Lead a Large Team – 130-150k + Bonus


This Omaha-based company is searching for their next Controller to help drive operational performance and lead a team of dedicated employees as this company moves from a mid-sized company to one of Omaha’s larger employers.   • Work closely with other departments and business units to provide financial insights and support operational initiatives
  • Be a culture creator and people developer by overseeing personnel and carrying out corporate strategy
  • Implement and monitor operational controls to ensure compliance with auditors
