Key Responsibilities:

• Be the go-to resource for employees who have questions about their benefits as you answer their questions and coach them through important life decisions
• Team up with the Benefits Manager and each employee to help them select the benefit elections that align most closely with their needs
• Take ownership for ensuring that all new hire benefit elections are loaded accurately into the system
• Ask questions and be thirsty to learn as you develop, learn and grow in your knowledge of benefits each and every day
