What You'll Lead

• Provide executive leadership for field operations serving customers across a large and growing multi-state territory.
• Lead and develop an organization of several thousand employees across field operations, engineering, maintenance, customer operations, and support functions.
• Drive operational excellence, safety performance, reliability, emergency response, and service delivery across the enterprise.
• Partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to execute long-term strategic priorities and capital investments.
• Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement while preserving the values that have made the company successful.
• Build strong relationships with governing bodies, community leaders, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
