Payroll Specialist – Brand New Office in Southwest Omaha, $60-70k

We're working with a growing, locally owned Omaha company that has had a ton of success over the past several years and continues to expand. They've recently renovated their office in Southwest Omaha, and beyond the new space, they have a really great group of people. The team is down-to-earth, supportive, and genuinely cares about one another. This is a great role for someone to build a long-term career in payroll while working alongside experienced leaders who started their own careers with the company and are passionate about mentoring others. We are looking for a heads down payroll specialist to own all aspects of payroll while working alongside a small yet might payroll team. This company has had much success over the last several years and It's a great opportunity to make an impact and build a long-term career without feeling like just another number.

In this role, you will:

• Ensure employee information is accurately entered and maintained in ADP so payroll runs efficiently.
• Process garnishments, deductions, retirement contributions, and other employee elections with accuracy.
• Assist with bi-weekly payroll processing in ADP, working alongside your manager initially before taking ownership of the full payroll process within a few months.
• Pitch in on accounting and HR projects when payroll responsibilities are complete, becoming a valuable member of a collaborative team.
