Part-Time Office Manager – Impactful Omaha Family Office & Foundation - $50-60 / hour + Flex Schedule


Join this respected Omaha family office and foundation that makes a deep and lasting impact on our community. This is an incredible opportunity for a humble and intelligent professional to work closely with a prominent Nebraska family in this newly created position. Be trusted to work with highly confidential information as you take on a variety of office management and administrative responsibilities in this fast-paced office. This is an incredibly flexible and family friendly role - drop off / pick up from school and never miss a field trip or school event. Attractive opportunity to wear multiple hats each day as you assist with operational, marketing, accounting & Ad-hoc projects.

  • Highly professional, mature and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to multi-task, jumping from project to project that may require you to be detailed in the morning and creative in the afternoon as you tackle a wide array of job duties

  • Experience with office management in a highly professional office, strong technology skills, and some experience with accounting or QuickBooks is desired but not required….this organization is looking for the right person for the position, not necessarily the perfect resume
