This role represents one of the most crucial hires our client will make this year, as they seek a seasoned and versatile HR leader capable of shouldering significant responsibility, relieving the owner of day-to-day duties and advancing the company’s strategic goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume leadership over the core HR functions: Compliance, Recruiting, Benefits, and Employee Relations
  • Establish expertise in the HRIS system, leveraging its full capabilities to optimize organizational efficiency
  • Collaborate closely with the owner to implement best practices that safeguard and propel the company’s growth
  • Engage with employees in a manner that is both respectful and transparent, ensuring clear and direct communication
