Accounting & Office Specialist – Brand-New Office Building in La Vista – Up to $75k Salary

This is a unique position that would be perfect for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and digging into the transactional accounting work of a business, has a keen sense of customer service, and has an entrepreneurial side to them that is always open and ready for the new challenges that each day presents. You will have direct exposure to the Controller and Owner of the company, and they will turn to you each day to help solve problems and efficiently run the business.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable on a daily basis
  • Prepare credit card reconciliations and payroll data for the Controller
  • Work with other members of the team to stay on top of inventory management
  • Provide a friendly and welcoming face to all clients and customers that walk through the door
  • Be flexible! In a small business, everybody chips in to get the job done so you will have the opportunity to jump in and tackle new projects each week
