THE ROLE

You run the site day to day alongside the lead superintendent, and you are here to have your own job in a few years.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily site operations beside the lead superintendent
• Subcontractor coordination and look ahead scheduling
• Safety and quality enforced, not just documented
• Layout, inspections, and punch through close out
• Field reporting the project manager can actually use
• Deliveries, site logistics and daily manpower tracking

QUALIFICATIONS

• Two to five years in the field on commercial, multifamily or institutional work
• You want to run your own site, and soon
• Comfortable holding a subcontractor to the schedule
• A company that will give you that job matters more to you than a title now

COMPENSATION

Base of $85,000 to $115,000.
