Your role as the Superintendent is critical in ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will oversee the day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders involved.

We are currently seeking a Superintendent who prides themselves on quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and exceeding the expectations of their clients.

As the Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting contracts, subcontract documents, drawings, and specifications under the direction of the General Superintendent.
• Checking and verifying subcontractor layout to ensure compliance with established control, line, and grade.
• Monitoring production and recording rates in a logbook for future scheduling.
• Maintaining a set of production documents and updating them daily to maintain an accurate picture of work in place.
• Report any field conditions and issues to the stakeholders.
• Monitoring job progress on-site, checking all work to ensure compliance with contract documents and the Quality Control Program.
• Planning and preparing documentation to facilitate the close-out process.
• Working with and coaching field engineers on the project to facilitate their skills development.
• Maintaining the Construction Management Plan and logistical coordination.
