Your role as the MEP Project Manager is to run trade projects the way owners wish every sub ran them - on schedule, coordinated, and profitable.

You will manage mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or fire protection projects from award through close-out for a respected Greater Boston contractor.

We are seeking a trade PM who knows their systems cold and can hold their own in a GC's coordination meeting.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Owning project budgets, labor planning, and monthly cost projections.
• Managing procurement and long-lead equipment - the schedule is won at buyout.
• Coordinating with GCs, other trades, and inspectors without drama.
• Running change orders that get approved because they're documented right.
• Supporting your foremen - the field wins the job; your job is to let them.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years managing MEP or specialty trade projects and a reputation subs and GCs both respect.

Salary range is $110,000 - $160,000 depending on trade and experience, plus vehicle and bonus.
