BELMONT Search is a Construction and Infrastructure executive search firm serving general contractors and construction managers across New England. We are engaged on a current Project Executive search with a Greater Boston builder delivering large multifamily work.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This position carries the delivery side of the business for multifamily projects of 250 units and above. Project managers and superintendents report to it, and the builder's reputation on that work is made or lost at this level.

THE ROLE

You will own buyout, subcontractor strategy, the field, the schedule, staffing and the owner relationship, and you will lead the project managers and superintendents delivering the work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver ground up multifamily projects of 250 units and above
• Direct buyout and subcontractor strategy from first package to last
• Maintain one schedule, built with your superintendents
• Lead owner and development team meetings
• Staff the projects and develop the project managers reporting to you
• Carry the cost position and the forecast ownership plans against

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Twelve or more years across the field and the office
• Several of them as the senior person on multifamily projects of this scale
• Wood frame over a structural podium
• High end residential finish experience is an advantage

COMPENSATION

Base salary of $150,000 to $250,000.
