Belmont Search is working with a leading general construction contractor based in Miami, specializing in tenant interior projects. With a commitment to excellence and a track record of delivering high-quality construction solutions, we seek an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team.


Position Overview: As the Tenant Interiors Project Manager, you will be pivotal in overseeing the successful execution of construction projects from initiation to completion. You will collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and the internal project team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and following the highest quality standards.


Responsibilities:


Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and schedules.

Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.


Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Provide regular updates on project progress and address any client concerns.


Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, including cost estimation and budget tracking.

Identify and address potential budgetary challenges proactively.


Quality Control: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures.

Ensure that construction activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.


Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams.

Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.


Risk Management: Identify and assess project risks.

Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.


Subcontractor Management: Select, negotiate contracts with, and manage relationships with subcontractors. Ensure subcontractors meet performance expectations.


Safety Compliance: Uphold and enforce strict safety protocols on project sites.

Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in interiors/TI.
  • Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Miami.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.


Please note that the above skills are preferred but not required for consideration. We are open to candidates who possess a combination of relevant skills and experience. Preference for hospital interiors and commercial TI experience.
