RESPONSIBILITIES

• Field operations across multiple projects at once
• Staffing the sites and developing the superintendents under you
• Schedule and safety held to one standard company wide
• Preconstruction input on logistics, phasing and constructability
• The final word in the field, backed by ownership
• Subcontractor performance across the portfolio rather than one job

QUALIFICATIONS

• Fifteen or more years in the field
• Several of them running multiple jobs at the same time
• Superintendents you developed who went on to run their own work
• Comfortable telling ownership something it does not want to hear

COMPENSATION

Base of $150,000 to $190,000.
